On a statewide confidential “Patient Satisfaction Survey” administered by the Ohio State University for the Arizona Optometric Association, Dr. Cohen scored higher that the statewide average in all 20 categories evaluated.  Most of his scores (on a scale of “1 – 5,” with “5” being the highest), averaged a “4.8” or “4.9.”
